Les Métayères cheese
Produced in cooperation with the Du champ à la meule cheese factory,Les Métayères cheese, which has been aged for several months, is
creamy and has a light, supple and fruity taste. Its creation echoes
several centuries of animal husbandry at the Pointe-Saint-Charles farm and the Sharecroppers' work to produce milk, butter and cheese.
