Maison Saint-Gabriel invites you, on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at 7:30 p.m., to return to the tradition of Mardi gras, which was once a feast day before the austere period of Lent began. During this evening event, you will celebrate with tales and music, with host and storyteller Francis Désilets, foot-tapper Marc-André Fortin, the indescribable Éric Michaud and the clever Alexis Roy. Each one will tell you their tales; your mind and ears will be filled with their stories and anecdotes.

Before starting the 40 fast days of Lent, come and celebrate with us in the great tradition of Mardi gras. As a participant in the feast, you will wear a mask (to be handed out that evening at the door). But take care! Don’t succumb to the drunkenness of pleasure! And don't forget that those who continue to celebrate after midnight, on the evening of Mardi gras, will suffer the fate of Rose Latulippe: the devil will carry them off in flames and sulphur fumes!

So, which mask will hide the devil? Will he be so audacious as to walk among the guests! If so, will it be possible to unmask him… in time? When you take part in this “devilish” evening, you will have an opportunity to relive stories in the pure tradition of Québec.

This Mardi gras evening will take place on Tuesday, February 13, at 7:30 p.m. , at Maison Saint-Gabriel's Catherine-Crolo Pavilion, 2146, Place Dublin, Pointe-Saint-Charles, Montréal.

Admission: $20.00
(Taxes included).

This event is intended for an adult audience.
