ARRIVAL OF THE BEGGARS
This year, once again, Maison Saint-Gabriel is preparing to extend its hospitality to beggars passing through for a few days. Get ready, because these beggars tell stories and tap their feet. Come celebrate with story-tellers Alexis Roy, Éric Michaud, Francis Désilets et Marc-André Fortin, accompanied by musician Mia Lacroix. Beginning at 1 p.m. “beggar’s soup” will be served.

AT THE TABLE WITH BEGGAR JOS BISSONNETTE from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.
With story-teller François Lavallée
The Beggar would walk from one village to the next bartering precious news for shelter and food. Maison Saint-Gabriel invites you to the table with beggar Jos Bissonnette to hear stories and anecdotes of his travels.

The beggars are leaving. For the occasion, Maison Saint-Gabriel will be serving “beggar’s cake.” A beautiful afternoon awaits you with story-tellers Francis Désilets, Alexis Roy, François Lavallée et Éric Michaud, accompanied by musician Mia Lacroix.

FEAST OF ST. CATHERINE
It is a celebration at Maison Saint-Gabriel with stories, tales, music and songs presented by fabulous story-tellers and traditional music players. An afternoon not to be missed. Take advantage of this unique opportunity to help make St. Catherine taffy and to enjoy this special treat. In addition, when you visit the museum, you can meet a spinner and a sash weaver working in the attic.

A CHRISTMAS BALL ORNAMENT FOR THE 350 TH
The museum’s Christmas ball ornaments, aptly called “Snow,” hanging on the Christmas tree are magnificent. These sparkling balls are irresistible. Watch as a glassblower creates a Christmas ball ornament for the 350th. An excellent communicator, this artist is able to hold the attention of young audiences. Come and see him at work during this fascinating and educational activity for the entire family.

IN THE LAND OF ELVES
invites you on an adventure with some sixty elves with a mischievous look on their faces situated on the beams of the barn.

Diablon the elf is looking for his twin sister Diablette.He is very sad. Come help him find her. The story-teller will give you clues. The first one to find her wins a prize.

For the 350th anniversary of the acquisition of the house, the chef has created a 350th cookie. It will be served with a hot chocolate to all participants.

with Sylvette Chanel, sculptor and modeler. The making of Baby Jesus figures from wax is a tradition that dates back to the French Regime..
